What is included
- One turnover clean for an apartment, condo, loft or house with up to 2 bedrooms
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, including toilet, shower or bath, sink, mirrors and floors
- Kitchen cleaned, including countertops, sink, stovetop, the outside of appliances and the inside of the microwave
- Dishes washed and put away
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted and wiped
- Beds made with your clean linen, and fresh towels set out
- Trash and recycling removed
- Restocking of host-supplied consumables, such as toilet paper, soap and coffee
- A short photo report after the clean, noting anything that needs your attention
What is not included
- Laundry of linens and towels, which can be quoted separately
- Deep cleaning, such as inside ovens and fridges, windows, walls or carpets
- Cleaning after parties or excessive mess, repairs and pest control
- Consumables and linens themselves, which are supplied by the host
Homes with 3 or more bedrooms can be cleaned at a quoted price; contact us before ordering.
Duration
Most turnovers for a home of up to 2 bedrooms take between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property. We schedule cleans between check-out and check-in times wherever possible.
How scheduling works
After you complete your purchase, our team contacts you within 24 hours to confirm your address, coverage in your area, the date and time window, access arrangements and where linens and supplies are kept. If we cannot cover your location, you will receive a full refund. Changes and cancellations follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
