- Up to 25 professionally edited images
- Editing for natural color, exposure and straight vertical lines
- High-resolution files sized for web listings, delivered by download link
- Usage rights for your Bed N Beds listing and your own marketing of the property
What is not included
- Drone, aerial, twilight or video shoots
- Floor plans and virtual tours
- Virtual staging or removal of permanent features; only minor clean-up such as removing small cables or reflections is included
- Styling, cleaning or furniture moving by the photographer
Preparing your home
For the best results, clean and declutter beforehand, make the beds, open curtains and turn on all lights. We will send a short preparation checklist when we confirm your session. Accurate photos protect you too: guests who know what to expect leave better reviews.
Duration and delivery
The session takes up to 2 hours on site. Edited images are typically delivered within about 5 business days.
How scheduling works
After you complete your purchase, our team contacts you within 24 hours to confirm your address, coverage in your area, a convenient date and time, and the rooms and features you want to highlight. If we cannot cover your location, you will receive a full refund. Changes and cancellations follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
