Bed N Beds is designed to be simple on both sides of a stay. Guests can find a carefully reviewed home, book it securely and settle in with clear instructions. Hosts can list their place, welcome guests on their own terms and earn money from space they already have. Here is how it works, step by step.

For guests

From the first search to your post-stay review, every step happens on Bed N Beds, so your booking details, payments and messages stay in one place.

1. Search for a home

   Start on our listings page or use the search bar on the home page. Enter your destination, dates and number of guests, then narrow the results by room type, price, bedrooms or amenities. Our current homes are in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, from private rooms to family houses that sleep up to eight.

2. Compare your options

   Open a few listings and compare them carefully. Each listing page shows the room type, guest capacity, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, size, amenities, nearby facilities, house rules and any minimum or maximum stay. 3. Request or book

   When you find the right home, select your dates and send a booking request, or book instantly where the host allows it. With a request, include a short note about who is traveling and the purpose of your trip; hosts appreciate context and tend to respond faster. If you have questions before booking, message the host through the platform.

4. Pay securely

   Payment is made through the Bed N Beds checkout. You will see the nightly rate, number of nights and any applicable fees before you confirm, and you will receive a confirmation by email. Always pay through Bed N Beds. If anyone asks you to pay by wire transfer, gift card or another off-platform method, do not proceed and let us know.

5. Check in

   Once your stay is confirmed, your host will share check-in instructions, such as how to collect keys or use a smart lock, parking details and Wi-Fi information. Message your host if your arrival time changes. Visiting Dubai as well? You can add a private airport transfer or other service to your trip.

6. Enjoy your stay and leave a review

   During your stay, follow the house rules and contact your host if anything needs attention. After you check out, leave an honest review. Reviews help future guests choose with confidence and help hosts keep improving.

For hosts

If you have a room, apartment, condo, loft or house that you would like to share with travelers, Bed N Beds gives you the tools to do it on your schedule.

1. List your place

   Tell us about your home: its location, room type, capacity, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities and house rules. Add good photos and a clear description, and set your nightly price and any minimum or maximum stay. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live and may suggest changes so guests know exactly what to expect. Need help with photos? Our professional listing photography service can help.

2. Welcome your guests

   When a booking request arrives, review the guest’s details and respond promptly. Once you confirm, share clear check-in instructions and be available for questions through Bed N Beds messaging. 3. Earn money

   Guests pay through our secure checkout, and your payout is sent to the payout method you set up in your account, after the guest checks in. Add-on services

Bed N Beds also offers services that make trips and hosting easier. Guests visiting Dubai can book a private airport transfer, an evening desert safari with BBQ dinner, a Dubai Creek dhow dinner cruise or a luxury welcome pack. Hosts can book professional turnover cleaning or listing photography. Services are purchased through our checkout, and our team contacts you within 24 hours of purchase to confirm dates, times and any details.

Changes and cancellations

Plans change. If you need to modify or cancel a reservation, start from your account or contact our support team. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy shown on the listing and on our Cancellation & Refund Policy, so it is worth reading both before you book.
