Bed N Beds is a booking platform for people who care where they stay. We bring together a small, carefully reviewed collection of homes and a handful of useful travel services, so planning a trip feels less like scrolling through endless options and more like being handed a short list by someone who has already done the homework.

Our story

Bed N Beds started with a simple idea: a booking site for hand-picked homes. Instead of trying to list every room in every city, we wanted a place where guests could trust that each home had been looked at properly, described honestly and priced clearly. Big marketplaces are useful, but they can also be overwhelming. Photos are not always current, descriptions leave out the details that matter, and it is hard to tell which listings are genuinely cared for.

We are based in Dubai, a city that welcomes travelers from all over the world every day. Working from a global travel hub shaped how we think about hospitality: guests arrive tired, in unfamiliar places, often across time zones, and the small things make the biggest difference. Clear check-in instructions. A host who replies. A ride waiting at the airport. A home that looks like its photos. That is the experience we set out to build, and it is still what guides every decision we make.

Today Bed N Beds offers homes in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, alongside travel services for guests visiting Dubai and practical services for hosts. We are growing deliberately, adding homes and destinations only when we are confident we can keep our standards.

Our tagline is “Book your luxury experience,” and we mean luxury in the most practical sense: the comfort of knowing what you are getting. Our mission is to make short stays feel easy, safe and personal for guests, and to make hosting rewarding and manageable for the people who open their homes.

For guests, that means honest listings, transparent pricing and a booking process that does not hide surprises at checkout. For hosts, it means simple tools, fair visibility and a partner who helps them present their home at its best.

What makes us different

• A curated collection, not an endless feed. We review every home before it is published. You will find fewer listings here than on large marketplaces, and that is intentional.
• Clear, complete listings. Each home shows its room type, guest capacity, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, house rules and minimum or maximum stay where the host sets one. If something matters for your decision, it should be on the page.
• Homes and services in one place. Alongside places to stay, we offer add-on services such as a private Dubai airport transfer, an evening desert safari and a dhow dinner cruise, plus cleaning and photography services for hosts.
• Real people behind the platform. Our support team answers by email 24/7 and by phone during office hours. When something needs a human decision, a human makes it.
• Secure checkout. Bookings and services are paid through our checkout, so there is a clear record of every transaction.

How we pick homes

Every home on Bed N Beds goes through a review before it appears in our listings. We look at the listing the way a careful guest would, and we ask hosts to fix anything that is unclear. Our review covers:

• Accuracy. The address, room type, number of beds and bathrooms, and stated capacity need to match what guests will actually find.
• Photos and description. Images should be recent and representative, and the description should explain the space without exaggeration.
• Amenities and facilities. If a listing mentions Wi-Fi, laundry, a gym, a pool or free parking, the host confirms it is available to guests.
• House rules. Policies on smoking, pets, parties and children should be clear before anyone books, not discovered on arrival.
• Pricing. The nightly rate and any stay requirements should be straightforward, so guests can compare homes fairly.
• Host responsiveness. We expect hosts to answer questions and booking requests promptly and to provide clear check-in information.

Review is not a one-time event. If guests report that a listing no longer matches its description, we follow up with the host and may pause the listing until it is corrected.

For guests

Whether you need an affordable private room for a short city trip or a spacious house for a family holiday, our goal is to help you find a home that fits how you travel. Current options range from the Affordable Urban Room in East Harlem to the Confortable And Modern Family Home in Los Angeles, which sleeps up to eight guests.

You can search by destination, compare homes side by side, send a booking request and pay securely online. Once your stay is confirmed, you can message your host directly with questions about arrival, parking or local tips. We would rather show you fewer homes than show you misleading ones. Listings, prices and service descriptions should say what they mean, including what is not included.

Good tools get out of the way. Searching, booking, paying and communicating should be straightforward on any device.

Short stays affect neighborhoods. We encourage hosts to follow local short-term rental rules and guests to be considerate neighbors, and we share ideas for traveling more sustainably.

Where we operate

Our current homes are located in three US cities:

• New York — apartments, private rooms and a family house across Midtown East, East Harlem, the West Village and Brooklyn.
• Los Angeles — a downtown condo room, a Bunker Hill loft and a large family house.
• San Francisco — two family-friendly houses near Noe Valley, the Mission and Potrero Hill.

From our base in Dubai, we also offer travel services for visitors to the city, from airport pickups to evenings in the desert and on Dubai Creek. Our commitment to trust and safety

Safety is built into how Bed N Beds works. We review listings before they go live, process payments through our secure checkout and keep communication between guests and hosts on the platform so there is a clear record if questions arise. We ask everyone to pay only through Bed N Beds and never by wire transfer or other off-platform methods, which is one of the most effective ways to avoid scams.
