Description
Start your trip without the taxi queue. Our Private Dubai Airport Transfer is a pre-booked, one-way ride between Dubai airport and your hotel, apartment or vacation rental in Dubai. Your driver meets you after you clear arrivals, helps with your bags and takes you straight to your accommodation. Departure transfers from your accommodation to the airport are also available.
What is included
- A private car and professional driver for your group only
- Meet and greet in the arrivals area for airport pickups
- Flight monitoring, so your pickup adjusts if your flight lands early or late
- A comfortable sedan for up to 3 passengers with standard luggage
- Bottled water on board
- Road tolls and standard fuel costs for the route
What is not included
- Return trips (book a second transfer for the other direction)
- Larger vehicles for bigger groups or extra luggage, which can be arranged on request at an additional cost
- Child seats, unless requested when we confirm your booking
- Stops along the way and gratuities
Duration
Travel time depends on traffic and your destination. Most central areas of Dubai can be reached in well under an hour outside peak traffic, but allow extra time during rush hours and for departure transfers.
How scheduling works
After you complete your purchase, our team contacts you within 24 hours to confirm your flight number, arrival or departure time, pickup and drop-off addresses, number of passengers and luggage. Your driver’s contact details are shared before your trip. Please book at least 48 hours before you travel so we can guarantee availability; shorter notice may be possible but is not guaranteed.
