Delivery
The pack is delivered once, on or shortly before your arrival day. Delivery requires access to your accommodation: for hotels, we arrange it with reception; for apartments and vacation rentals, we coordinate with your host or building management. Fresh items are packed to stay at their best for your first day.
How scheduling works
After you complete your purchase, our team contacts you within 24 hours to confirm your arrival date and time, accommodation address, any dietary preferences and the name for your welcome card. Please order at least 48 hours before arrival. Changes and cancellations follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Pair it with a private airport transfer for a completely stress-free arrival.
